Our Goal: Your Best Preparation

Delta Grant Support is the e-learning platform of Visser Visible. We are specialized in the preparation for research grant interviews. Our e-learning environment is based on the coaching and training of Hermen Visser and his team of experts. Over a decade of preparing 450+ of candidates for their interviews at ERC and the Dutch Research Council (NWO), we finetuned our trajectory to all its details and variations. This trajectory combines expert guiding during sessions (focussing e.g. on strategy, storyline, presenting, answering questions) with a design service and self-paced e-learning courses tailored to specific grants. Combining a team of well-attuned specialists with complementary skills and focus creates a pleasant learning experience making applicants feel well-prepared and yields a high success rate of about 10 to 20 percent higher than the benchmark.

When searching for research grant support, you will find two types of coaching. Some coaches come from a professional background and offer a content-oriented approach. They focus on e.g. storytelling and slides. Others have a personal coaching background. They teach you to deal with stress, and the use of voice and body language.
